About Me
I got my start as a founder, building my own business from the ground up. Over the course of eight years, I scaled my company to national distribution, raised $3M in capital, and ultimately exited successfully. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of growing, financing, and selling a business – knowledge I now use to help other founders and investors make informed, strategic decisions.
Since transitioning into advisory work, I’ve supported over $20M in transactions, helped businesses raise over $10M in growth capital, and guided eight brands through successful exits (four hands-on and four through my DIY M&A model).
My consulting practice started informally, with founders reaching out for guidance on raising capital, structuring deals, and optimizing their businesses. Over time, those conversations turned into deeper engagements, and JBS Consulting was born. Today, I work with businesses of all sizes, helping them navigate the complexities of M&A, financing, and strategic growth from the perspective of a business owner.
